What is proposed?

Mr Ketheeswaran Vythillingam is applying to vary the Premises Licence for Kings Fee Store, 79 Kings Fee, Monmouth.
The Licence if granted is for the following licensable activates: - Alcohol off sales, Monday to Friday 06:00hrs – 23:00hrs
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk.  
Representation may be made 28 consecutive days form the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section.  The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except bank holidays at the Councils Hubs/County Hall, Usk by prior arrangement in writing to the address above.  
A copy of the application is also available to view online www.monmouthshire.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.  
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
