What is proposed?
I/We Gracenote Promotion Ltd give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for (2), the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of East Looe Beach, Looe, Cornwall, PL13 1BX.
The application for Kernowfornia Festival is for: Live and Recorded Music and sale of Alcohol. Regulated entertainment between 11:00 & 23:00 Friday to Sunday. Alcohol refreshment between 11:00 & 22:30 Friday to Sunday. This is a 3-day annual event covering a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 1st July 2026. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching "List of current premises licence applications". Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
