Midsomer Norton Town Council applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on June 10th 2026 for a licence to use the premises at Town Park, Gullock Tyning, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2UH and Somer Centre, Gullock Tyning, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2UH for -
the sale by retail of alcohol/supply of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment.
Licensable activities up to four times per year.

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.
Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street
Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 8th July 2026 Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence
