AN APPLICATION TO GRANT PREMISES LICENCE LICN-APP-007176-2026 

We AIAI Properties Ltd of suite 76 Waterhouse Business Centre, CM12QE hereby give notice that we have applied for a premises licence in respect of Waterhouse Caffe, Unit 12a Waterhouse Business Centre, CM12QE as follows: Sale of alcohol for the consumption on the premises MON - SUN 8am to 5pm. 

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk by not later than 5th July 2026. 

The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
