What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a premises licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 has been made by The Coaching Inn Group Ltd to Ashford Borough Council in respect of The Conningbrook Hotel, Canterbury Road, Kennington, Ashford, TN24 9QR.

A brief description of the application is: Remove all current Annex 2 and Annex 3 conditions and replace with new conditions agreed with Kent Police.

The record of the application may be inspected at Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place, Ashford, TN23 1HU, by appointment or at www.ashford.gov.uk search for ‘Licensing Register’.

Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Ashford Borough Council at the above address by midnight
10/07/26.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
