NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Supercharger Restaurants Ltd of 34-36 London Road, Wembley, Middlesex, England, HA9 7EX apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as KFC Christchurch Lyndhurst Rd, 2 Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, BH23 4SB hereby give notice that we have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 08/06/2026 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following have been applied for: Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 05:00 the following morning. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 07/07/2026. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
