LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that MEADOWBANK HOLIDAYS LTD of Stour Way, Christchurch, BH23 2PQ has applied to BCP Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as GROVE FARM MEADOW STORES (to be known as Kingfisher Cafe) at Grove Farm Meadow Holiday Park, Stour Way, Christchurch, BH23 2PQ. To add on sales of alcohol from 12:00 to 20:00 each day of the week onto the current licence.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 6 July 2026. The application record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
