What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Capital & Centric (Rose) Ltd has applied to the Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of Weir Mill, Public Realm, Chestergate, Stockport, SK3 0AG for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

To permit the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment (consisting of plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and entertainment similar to live/recorded music and performance of dance) from 10:00 until 21:00 daily.

The premises to be open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A full copy of the application and proposed operating conditions can be viewed on request from Stockport Council Licensing Team on request.

Anyone wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing by the end of 8th July 2026 to; The Licensing Officer, Environmental Health and Trading Standards Service, Fred Perry House Edward Street Stockport SK1 3XE or via email to licensing2003@stockport.gov.uk website: www.stockport.gov.uk/licensing fax: 0161 474 4369 where the record of this application and the Licensing Register may be inspected.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
