NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that we, Srenila Stores Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as:
105-106 Commercial Street, Willington, Crook, Durham, DL15 0AA
For the variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:
To vary the permitted start time for the sale of alcohol (off sales only) to 07.00 hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive.
To extend the end time for the sale of alcohol to 23.00 hrs on Sundays.
To remove current non-standard timings.
To remove current embedded restrictions. Add additional conditions to the licence.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
