NOTICE FOR APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke  and Deane Borough Council for a NEW premises licence under the above  Act on 12.06.2026 Ref no: 26/01173/PREMN Applicant(s) Passion Wines Ltd Address of Premises Pitt Hall Farm Kingsclere Road, Ramsdell, Basingstoke, RG26 5RJ. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 19:00 ‘off the premises only’ The premises is a small, wine retail shop and warehouse used for the storage, display, and sale of imported wines. The business operates primarily on a trade‑focused basis, supplying wines to restaurants, bars, and other commercial clients. A small, controlled tasting area is provided to allow customers to sample wines prior to purchase.
