NOTICE FOR APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke  and Deane Borough Council for a NEW premises licence under the above  Act on 12.06.2026 Ref no: 26/01173/PREMN Applicant(s) Passion Wines Ltd Address of Premises Pitt Hall Farm Kingsclere Road, Ramsdell, Basingstoke, RG26 5RJ. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 19:00 ‘off the premises only’ The premises is a small, wine retail shop and warehouse used for the storage, display, and sale of imported wines. The business operates primarily on a trade‑focused basis, supplying wines to restaurants, bars, and other commercial clients. A small, controlled tasting area is provided to allow customers to sample wines prior to purchase. The postal address of the licensing authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH within 28 days of the publication date of this notice given above.
