APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Trafford Council for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, Trafford Retail Park, Urmston, Manchester M41 7FP to provide for late night refreshment on and off daily until 5am.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 10 July 2026.

Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
