Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Restaurants Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the GRANT of a PREMISES LICENCE for the provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) 23:00 - 0200 the following day, Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 - 04:00 the following day, Friday and Saturday.

The opening hours will be 09:00 - 0200 the following day, Sunday to Thursday and 09:00 - 04:00 the following day, Friday and Saturday for the premises KFC Eureka Park. Situated at Unit 7, Trinity Road, Ashford, TN24 4AB

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by: 07/07/2026.

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives:

The Prevention of Crime And Disorder, Public Safety, The Prevention of Public Nuisance and The Protection of Children From Harm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
