LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for the Grant of a Club Premises Certificate
I Ian Bailey Of Purton Cricket Club, Church End, Purton, SN5 4EB have submitted an application for the grant of a club premises certificate to Wiltshire Council
The application if granted, is to enable the following qualifying club activities:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises / provision of facilities for regulated entertainment
A copy of the application may be inspected by visiting https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new-premisesapplications or by emailing publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk
Any representations by a responsible authority or interested party must be received in writing by the licensing authority by 6th July 2026, such representation shall be made by email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk or by writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
