A responsible authority or any other person may make representation in writing to: Waste, Fleet and Public Protection, Licensing Division, P O Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6XQ, no more than 28 days starting on the day on which the application was given to North Lincolnshire Council’s Licensing Division ** stating the grounds of objection. For guidance the ‘Licensing Policy’ can be found on the North Lincolnshire website www.northlincs.gov.uk/licensing/(The application setting out the full details can be viewed at Church Square House 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday)
