What is proposed?

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Riva Bowl LLP in respect of Premises known as Airport Bowl, Bath Road, Harlington, Hayes, UB3 5AL has applied to London Borough of Hillingdon for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is:

1. To extend the sale of alcohol (consumption on and off the premises) to cease at 01:00 Sunday to Thursday.

2. To extend the sale of alcohol (consumption on and off the premises) to cease at 03:00 Friday and Saturday.

3. To extend the provision of late night refreshments (indoors only) to cease at 03:00 Friday and Saturday.

4. Addition of Premises Licence conditions to reflect the update in the above licensable activities’ permitted hours.

All other permitted hours, licensable activities and conditions to remain as existing. See application for full details.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre 4W/01, High Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW or by email sent to licensing@hillingdon.gov.uk no later than 07 July 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of London Borough of Hillingdon and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.hillingdon.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
