APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Fiona Maud do hereby give notice that on 16 June 2026 applied to the Licensing Authority at West Devon Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at Red Lion Café, Unit 4-6, Red Lion Yard, Okehampton, EX20 1AW.
The application is for:
· Supply of Alcohol On the premises
· Opening Hours Monday to Saturday 09:00-23:00. Monday to Saturday 09:00-22:30. 
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, West Devon Borough Council, Kilworthy Park, Tavistock, PL19 0BZ or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk . Representations must be received NO LATER than 14 July 2026.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
