Faraday Road - Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Notting Hill Carnival Ltd has applied to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the GRANT of TWO Premises Licences for Notting Hill Carnival to provide Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and anything similar to these activities for the August Bank Holiday Sunday and Monday between 12-7pm each day for the premises (d) Two Sound System sites at Notting Hill Carnival situated at e) Site 1, Faraday Road, W10 - Site 2, Raddington Road, W10

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or in person at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by (f)..09/.07../2026

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain.

Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
