What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT GR Food Limited t/a KFC have applied to the Licensing Authority at Spelthorne Borough Council on 29th May 2026 to vary the premises licence for KFC, 32-38 High Street, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW18 4EE.

The Premises Licence currently allows the restaurant to open from 09:00 everyday and provide late-night refresh - ment until 03:00 every day. The in-store restaurant closes at 01:00 every day and the premises operates as Delivery only until 03:00.

The proposed variation is to extend the opening and licensable hours to enable the restaurant to open/provide late-night refreshment until 04:00 every day. In addition, to amend the condition that the provision of late-night refreshment will be “Restricted to delivery only from 01:00 to 04:00”.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, TW18 1XB, or by email to licensing@spelthorne.gov.uk, no later than 2nd July 2026.

Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, during normal office hours.

NOTE: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false representation in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
