NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by Boston Borough Council to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Central Park which are situated at Park Gate, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 6AY
The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times
Supply of Alcohol on the premises
Saturday & Sunday: 12.00 hours until 23.00 hours
The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.
Any representations by responsible authorities or other
persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Tuesday 7th July 2026
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (Unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
