What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation to a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by Bedirhan

Baysangur to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Hunters Fish & Chips which are situated at 282-283 High Street, Lincoln, LN2 1AL.

The proposed variation(s) to the premises licence are:

• Addition of late-night refreshment seven days a week 04:00 until 05:00

• Addition of conditions

The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD via request at licensing@lincoln.gov.uk

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 9 July 2026.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
