Notice is hereby given that NJ Suppliers Ltd has applied to North Warwickshire Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Palace Da Vinci Cafe, 20 Newdegate Street, Nuneaton, CV11 4EU.

The application has been made to vary the licence to permit the sale of alcohol and other licensable activities as detailed in the application.

A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of North Warwickshire Borough Council during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority within 28 consecutive days from the date of application.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
