Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a temporary licence has been submitted in terms of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 as undernoted:-

Proposed Location Dates and Hours Dumbarton Common, Meadow Road, Dumbarton From 11 July 2026 until 21 July 2026 Daily from 1.00pm until 7.30pm
Any person wishing to submit an objection or representation in relation to this application should do so in writing to the undernoted by 30 June 2026 specifying the grounds of objection or, as the case may be, the nature of the representation.
Any letter of objection or representation should specify the name and address of the person making it and be signed by or on behalf of him/her.
If any objection or representation is received after the date specified above, it may be entertained by the Licensing Authority before a final decision is taken on the application if the Authority is satisfied that there is sufficient reason why it was not made in the time required.
Any objection or representation must be delivered by hand to the Licensing Authority by the specified date or posted (by registered or recorded delivery post) so that it might be expected to be delivered by the specified date.
