NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Raymond Estates 1 Ltd has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 3rd June 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Upper Ground Floor To Third Floor, 3 - 4 Coventry Street, London, W1D 6BL for Performance of Dance, Exhibition of a Film, Performance of Live music, Playing of recorded music, anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance Monday to Sunday 00:00 – 00:00 (24 hours) the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 06:00 Sunday 12:00 to 06:00. Shadow licence application on the same terms, no changes to the licensable activities, hours or conditions are sought within the application as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 1st July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
