What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by CM Restaurant Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Epsom & Ewell Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the KFC at 17 High Street, Epsom, KT19 8DD.

The application includes the following terms: 1. To enable the provision of late-night refreshment between 23:00hrs and 03:00hrs daily. 2. To vary a condition of the Licence as detailed in the application.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 2nd July 2026 (www.epsom-ewell.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is un-limited.
