NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that ZARR ENTERPRISE LTD has applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: PIZZA HUT DELIVERY BURY 20 Silver Street Bury BL9 0EX

The application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment (hot food) for consumption both on and off the premises during the following hours:

Monday: 23:00 - 02:00

Tuesday: 23:00 - 02:00

Wednesday: 23:00 - 02:00

Thursday: 23:00 - 02:00

Friday: 23:00 - 02:00

Saturday: 23:00 - 02:00

Sunday: 23:00 - 02:00
