What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Coffi Lab Ltd has applied in respect of Coffi Lab, 10 Heol Y Deri, Rhiwbina, Cardiff, CF14 6HG for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

For the sale of alcohol (on & off sales) as follows; 10:00 until 20:30 every day of the week.

Opening hours to the public to be as follows; 07:30 until 21:00 every day of the week.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by the end of 7th July 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
