Notice is hereby given that Lexden Wood Ltd has applied in respect of Lexden Wood Golf Club, Bakers Lane, Colchester, CO3 4AU, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the supply of alcohol on the premises, live music, recorded music, and late night refreshment.

Representations to this application must be made in writing before 7 July 2026 to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at www.colchester.gov.uk/licensing and by appointment between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council at Rowan House, Colchester.

It is an offence, on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
