HHLN Limited have applied to HACKNEY COUNCIL for a New Premises Licence for Pho Viet 102, 259 Hoxton Street, London, N1 5LG. Licensable Activities and accompanying hours applied for are Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises Consumption Mon - Thu -11:00 - 21:00, Fri - Sat -11:00 - 22:00, Sun – Closed.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 6th July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Service, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY, Tel No: 020 8356 4970, or email: licensing@hackney.gov.uk. The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on: www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
