Notice is hereby given that MR FRIES MS LTD has applied to Manchester City Council for a new premises licence in respect of:

126 Claremont Road, Manchester, M14 4RT

The licensable activity applied for is:
Provision of late night refreshment (indoors) Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 02:00

The proposed opening hours of the premises are:

Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 to 23:00 Friday: 15:00 to 23:00

The premises are described as a ground floor fast food takeaway with customer service counter, kitchen and preparation area, storage area, staff facilities and 12 indoor seats. No external seating.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
