NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that Genting Casinos UK Limited, Genting Club Star City, Birmingham, B7 5SA are applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a converted casino premises licence issued under that Act. The application relates to the following premises:
Genting Casino Birmingham Edgbaston, 1 Norfolk Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 3PS.
The application is to vary the licence as follows:
This application is for approval of revised licence plans to reflect proposed changes to the layout of the Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor area and reduction to the demise of the Premises at all levels as shown on the plans.
There are no changes to the First Floor and Second Floor plans.
The application has been made to: Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
