I Russell Nisbet do hereby serve notice on 1st June 2026 that it is my/our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as
Rugby Pitches, Hampden Park, Park Avenue, Eastbourne, BN22 9QN for the following licensable activities or proposed variation:
Lammas Festival: one weekend in August
The performance of live music: Sat 10.00-17.00 & Sun 10.00-17.00, Recorded music: Fri 17.00-22.00, Sat 10am-17.00, Sun 10.00-17.00 Dancing: Sat 10.00-17.00 &Sun 10.00-17.00
Sale of alcohol: Fri 17.00-23.00 Sat 10.00-23.00 & Sun 10.00-17.00

*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to

licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk

or Licensing Team Eastbourne Town Hall Grove Road Eastbourne BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 29th June 2026.
