Application details, guidance on making a representation and a form which may be used to submit representations can be found on the Council’s website at www.shropshire. gov.uk/licensing/current-licence-applications-in-consultation/, or at the above address during normal office hours by prior arrangement. Dated: 3rd June 2026 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
