What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that we, Vernon (Storiths) Limited has applied for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Back O' Th' Hill Farm, Storiths, Skipton BD23 6HU.
The application is for the sale of alcohol (on and off sales), live music, recorded music and dance. Hours applied for: Mon-Wed & Sun 12 noon-10pm; Thu 12 noon-11.30pm; Fri 12 noon-11pm; Sat 12 noon-11.30pm.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 25/06/26. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
