Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licencing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ by July 7th, 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
