NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that We Alderforce North Limited has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: KFC Consett, Hermiston Retail Park, Consett, Co Durham, DH8 5SB for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- The prevision of Late Night Refreshment 23:00 Hrs until 05:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive On & Off Sales.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 2nd July 2026 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley, DH8 1HG alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk
