I, Steven Hanson, do hereby give notice that on 11June 2026 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council to vary the Premises Licence at Woodlands Leisure Park, Blackawton, TQ9 7DQ.
The application is to: -
ADD a new premises known as the Cosmic Café to supply alcohol Monday to Sunday 17:00-21:30.
- ADD On Sales to have both as Off/On Sales Licence. - Increase the hours of the supply of alcohol at the General Store Monday to Sunday 08:00-20:00.
- ADD conditions as attached in section M & on the separate attachment.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email: licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .Representations must be received NO LATER than 9th July 2026.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
