Taunton - Variation of Premises Licence
What is proposed?

Bridgwater Young Men’s Christian association (YMCA) is applying to vary the premises licence for THE GREAT WESTERN HOTEL, station approach, Taunton TA1 1qw.
The proposed variation is: to amend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol to 08:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday and to remove the existing condition requiring SIA trained concierge/security staff to be present on the premises overnight between 20:00 and 08:00.

Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 30/6/2026.
