LICENSING ACT 2003-NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: The Club Inn has applied to Westmorland and Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: The Club Inn, Main Street, Endmoor, Kendal, LA8 0EU.

The application seeks to permit the following licensable activities: the sale of alcohol between the hours 11:00-01:00 seven days a week, live and recorded music and open to the public.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to: Southlakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, LA9 4DQ. Representations must be received no later than: 28th June 2026. The application record and licensing register may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours or on the licensing authority’s website.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to a fine on summary conviction for the offence.
