To Whom It May Concern:
I/We(i) The Welsh Whisky Company LTD do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the (ii) variation of our (iii) Premises Licence at (iv), Penderyn Distillery, Lloyd Street, LL30 2YG.
known as (v) Penderyn Distillery.

Supply of alcohols on/off the premises
Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 22:00
Hours open to the public Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 22:00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Colwyn Bay, LL29 0GG not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, there is an unlimited fine on summary of conviction.
