NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that: Ararat Erdogan has applied to the Licensing Authority of: Hull City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Asi Turkish Kitchen at: 2-4 Paragon Square, Ferensway, Hull, HU1 3QT.
For the licensable activities: the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises from 12:00 to 23:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:00 to 00:00 from Friday to Sunday.

Representations can be emailed to: liquor@hullcc.gov.uk or posted to: Hull City Council, Licensing Section, Hull City Council, 33 Witham, Hull, HU9 1DB by: 03/07/2026.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous.
Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. Persons will be liable, upon summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
