NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for Variation of Premises Licence has been made by 1000 Trades Limited to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as 1000 Trades on the Park which are situated at Lightwoods House, 2 Adkins Lane, Bearwood, Smethwick B67 5DP The proposed variation is as follows: To include additional rooms within Lightswood House for the Sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment as shown on the deposited plan, and to extend hours from 0800 – 2345 daily. To add Late Night Refreshment from 2300 – 2345 daily. A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Borough Economy Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@sandwell. gov.uk by 2nd July 2026. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
