LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE (OR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE)
Notice is hereby given that Quik Padel Ltd has applied to Shropshire Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of: Cloverdale, Alkington Road, Whitchurch, SY13 4DL.
The application seeks to permit the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises. The proposed hours for licensable activities are: Monday to Friday 8am to 10.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8.30pm.
The application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at: Shropshire Council, Public Protection, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND. Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address above. Representations must be received no later than: 25th June 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
