Notice is given that Tap Social Movement Ltd. has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
On and off sales of alcohol (Sunday–Wednesday 8:00–23:00; Thursday–Saturday 8:00–00:00; New Year's Eve 8:00–4:00 1 January)
Provision of late night refreshments (Sunday–Wednesday 23:00–00:00; Thursday–Saturday 23:00–00:30; New Year's Eve 23:00–4:00 1 January)
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk
Representations must be received by 3rd July 2026.
The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council's website at www.southoxon.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
