Notice of application for the grant of a premises

TAKE NOTE that an application for: The grant of a
Premises Licence Has been made to Bedford Borough
Council by: Adil Catering Limited in respect of premises
known as: Burger King Bedford DT, Interchange Retail
Park, Ampthill Road, Kempston, Bedford MK42 7AZ. The
proposed licensable activities to be carried on or from the
premises: The provision of Late Night Refreshment
Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 05:00. The opening hours of
the premises will be Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 05:00.
REPRESENTATIONS: ANY PERSON wishing to make
any representation to the application should write to the
Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough
Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP or by e-mail to
specifying the grounds for
making representations. Interested parties or responsible
authorities may make written representations these should
be sent to the Licensing Authority within 28 days starting
on the day after the day on which the application was given
to the council. Date of application submitted to the Council:
03/06/2026. Signed by applicant or by agent on behalf of
applicant: Date of site notice placed: 04/06/2026. Expiry
date of site notice: 01/07/2026. Applications can be viewed
during office hours at the Council or via the council’s
website on
https://www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing

fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
