What is proposed?

Application under Licensing Act 2003 for the
Variation of a Premises Licence

TAKE NOTE that an application for Variation of a
Premises Licence has been made to Bedford
Borough Council by Mahendram Raseetharan
Mahendram Raseetharan in respect of premises
known as Premier, 145 Harrowden Road, Bedford
MK42 0RU. The application seeks to authorise the
following licensable activities to be carried on or
from the premises within the timings and days of
the week as listed below: Sale of alcohol Monday
to Sunday - 06:00 to 23:00.
ANY PERSON wishing to make any representation
to the application should write to the Chief Officer
with Licensing Responsibilities, c/o Licensing
Team, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall,
Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP specifying
the grounds for making representations. Interested
parties or responsible authorities may make written
representations. These should be sent to the Chief
Officer by 28/06/2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction is a level 5 fine on on summary
conviction is unlimited.
