NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made
to North East Derbyshire District Council by Cross Padel
Limited in respect of Cross Padel, Unit 1, Oak Leaf Close,
Clay Cross, Chesterfield, S45 9UZ for a new premises
licence. The proposed application is: To permit the supply
of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 11:00 to 23:00
on Mondays to Sundays. To provide licensable activities on
a specific occasion. A responsible authority or other person
wishing to make representations to this application may do
so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North
East Derbyshire, District Council, 2013 Mill Lane,
Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email
licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk
not later than 1 July 2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing
Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank
Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively,
telephone the Licensing Section on 01246 217884/217885.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
