Sansi Limited is applying for a Premises licence at Waterfront
Convenience Store, Unit 44-45 Waterfront East, Brierley Hill
DY5 2XJ. If Granted the licence will allow Sales of Alcohol OFF
the Premises Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 23:00.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so
in writing, preferably by email to: Licensing Services,

Representations
must be made in writing 28 days from the date of this notice ,by
midnight on 30th June 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to
make a false statement in or in connection with this application.

conviction to a fine of any amount.
