Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the London Borough of Lambeth Council for a premises licence under the above Acton 4th June 2026 and will commence its consultation on the 5TH JUNE 2026. Applicant: RJKBC Food Limited.
Address of premises: Paris Baguette, Unit 4ba, 26 Casson Square, Near Waterloo, Lambeth, SE1 7BQ. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol-consumption on the premises.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Consumption of alcohol on the premises: Monday to Wednesday 09:00 hours until 22:30 hrs, Thursday to Saturday – 09.00 hours until 23:30 hrs & Sunday – 10.00 hours until 21:30

The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected by appointment is: *Licensing Section, London Borough Of Lambeth Council, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, 8 Brixton Hi l, Lambeth, London, SW2 1EG. Any person wishing to make representations on
this matter shall give notice, in writing,stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 2ND JULY 2026.

It is an o fence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the o fence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
