Notice is hereby given that Yaxley Community Sports Club CIC has applied to Huntingdonshire District Council on 2 June 2026 for a new premises licence in respect of Yaxley Football Club, Leading Drove, Yaxley, PE7 3NA.
The application seeks authorisation for the following licensable activities:
Retail sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises
• Monday to Thursday: 12:00–23:00
• Friday and Saturday: 12:00–00:00
• Sunday: 12:00–22:30
Live music performances
• Monday to Thursday: 17:00–23:00
• Friday: 17:00–00:00
• Saturday: 12:00–00:00
• Sunday: 12:00–23:00
Broadcasting of recorded music
• Monday to Thursday: 17:00–23:00
• Friday: 17:00–00:00
• Saturday: 12:00–00:00
• Sunday: 12:00–23:00
Any similar regulated entertainment activities within the above categories during the same hours.

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing, by email to https://licensing@huntingdonshire.gov.uk or by post to the address above, to arrive no later than 29 June 2026.
Representations may only be made by persons who are either a responsible authority or an interested party as defined by the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is unlimited.
