Anderson & Garland, Anderson House, Crispin Court, Westerhope, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 1BF Notice is given that Anderson & Garland applied to Newcastle City Council on 5th June 2026 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:-
The Off Sale of Alcohol by Auction
Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-2pm

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:-

Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH

Representations must be received by 03/07/26 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
